Indian microblogging site Koo is giving tough competition to Twitter. In this episode, Koo has now started verifying its users. The company will give a yellow tick to the verified users using the Koo app. This yellow tick of the company shows the Eminence of the user’s account. The company is asking users to apply for this yellow tick.
Koo said that the yellow tick, which we are calling Eminence, celebrates the success of the user with his achievements and abilities. The company further said that the yellow tick means that the user is highly respected in Indian society, whether it is an artist, sportsperson, politician, or businessman.
Koo said that incoming requests to Eminence will be assessed in the context of internal research, third-party public resources, and India. This Eminence Criteria of the company will be reviewed every year in March, June, September, and December. The company said that now only about 1 percent of all the requests received by the users have been given a yellow tick.

Since the valuation of Eminence is done with reference to India. In such a situation, the chances of Indians getting the yellow tick are very good.
